THE TEAM:

Paul Pavlou is the founder and Managing Director of Argonautica Inc. ( USA & Greece ) and now partner of Elitiste PR & Event Planners.  An academic with an MBA from Florida 's Nova Southeastern University (USA) and other degrees from several other institutes such as Cornell University and Berkeley College .  Furthermore, a world traveler with tremendous experience in the field of Corporate and Private Travel and Tourism, particularly in planning special events such as incentives, promotional events, conferences, weddings etc. His resume is marked with managerial positions and significant achievements in some of the most prestigious and service oriented locations in the United States , the Caribbean and Europe.

Stella G. Patatou is the founder of Elitiste PR & Management Consultants Ltd. She had the opportunity to start her career as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Directors of some of the largest organizations in Cyprus . Thereafter, as a Public Relations Manager, she worked with a lot of talented people including colleagues and clients. The experience has been very intellectually nurturing (and challenging, of course!) and has definitely helped her to develop the many attributes a business woman needs to have today. Her academic background in public relations and her multiyear experience and contribution to various projects involved very important strategy planning and coordination, marketing and public relations strategies, and general management. This and her vision of absolute customer satisfaction gave her the tools to start her own company. She then, joined forces with other exceptionary partners to build what Elitiste stands today.
This has enabled her to gain an appreciation of not only the management side of the business, but also of the internal and people management aspects. She loves what she does and this is obvious as soon as you meet her. Passion, dedication and ethics describes most of what she is today. She lives by the philosophy that "near enough is not good enough" !!! She believes that the people you work with make all the difference; to whether work is just work or is something that keeps you challenged, motivated and interested.

Charalambos G. Patatos is the founder and Managing Director of Think Tank Consultants Ltd. - a registered company at the Republic Of Cyprus since 1999. He became partner of Elitiste PR & Management Consultants in 2005 and since then he is the company's Director of Management Consultants.
He is a graduate from the University of South Florida (U.S.A.) with a B.A in Finance and Economics and with a graduate degree in Masters of Business Administration with specialization in 'Leadership of Customer Driven Organizations'. In 2001 he got accredited by the Cyprus Institute Of Technology as an 'Unconditional' consultant in the fields of: Marketing, Human Resources and General Management. In 2003 he achieved the accreditation of a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) by the Global Association ICMC (International Council of Management Consulting Institutes). In 2004 he got accredited by the Human Recourses Development Authority of Cyprus as an HR consultant.
His local and international experience in: general management, financial and managerial consulting, market research, sales and marketing planning, public relations, feasibility study development, sales and human resources, make him a great asset of our team.

Despo Hargioti is the company's distinguish designer and visual media communicator. A graduate from Frederic University of Nicosia with a bachelor degree in Graphic and Advertising Design produces solutions to communicate our clients' messages with high visual impact. Graphic design solutions with a huge variety of products and activities, such as invitations, websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions, displays and corporate identity She is responsive to create new and original ideas maintaining our companies goals and objectives.
